A day full of moments and memories we have been perfecting for over 20 years has provided us with the knowledge and wisdom to help us navigate you on your very own special day.
We offer a range of tailored packages to ensure your day is celebrated on your terms. Appin House provides packages for 30 guests up to 200 guests with a wide variety of spaces and inclusions. Our venue makes it easy for you and your guests to arrive and relax from beginning to end. We have 3 ceremony spaces, 2 outdoor venues, 1 indoor venue and 2.5 acres of gardens to explore.
What is included in the venue hire fee?
The venue hire fee typically includes access to the event space, tables and chairs, standard lighting, and basic sound equipment. Additional services such as catering, décor, and staffing may be available at an extra cost.
Can we bring our own vendors, or do we have to use your preferred vendors?
We welcome outside vendors; however, we also have a list of trusted preferred vendors who are familiar with our space and can help ensure a seamless event. Some services, such as catering and bar service, may be required to go through our in-house team due to licensing and insurance policies.
Is there a backup plan for outdoor weddings in case of bad weather?
Yes! We have an indoor space available as a backup option, or we can arrange for a tented area depending on your preference. We recommend discussing contingency plans with our team well in advance to ensure a stress-free wedding day.
Is there on-site parking available for guests?
Yes, we offer on-site parking with ample space for guests. We also provide designated spots for vendors and accessible parking. If additional parking is needed, we can assist with nearby parking options or valet services upon request.
